FolioRoam helps you decide what you want to read before visiting a store. Our reading notes explain a book’s appeal, when it might be the wrong choice, and an alternative to compare. Start with your reading interests, then check the edition.

What our notes draw on

Our short third-party notes interpret linked publisher or author descriptions. Detailed introductions may also discuss published excerpts and direct interviews; each states its reading scope and sources. We do not invent ratings or claim to have read a book in full. The selection includes older books worth discovering; it is not a new-release chart.

Website and book languages

Website-language choices are always visible at the top in each language’s own name. The homepage, book pages, collections and edition search are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish and Traditional Chinese. Author profiles and our detailed book introductions are also available in these nine languages. Genre, reading-language, country and series guides remain in English, as do shorter introductions to our other books; links from another interface language identify them as English.

Website language, original language, edition language and Amazon store are separate choices. Changing the interface does not assert that a translated Kindle edition exists.

Our own bookshelf

We also publish books. Nora Bellwick writes The Alder Cove Romances. Clara Bellwick writes our other two: The Saltglass House Mysteries and The Entryway Thrillers. Their books remain separate from our third-party notes, with publishing relationships disclosed.

From discovery to a Kindle edition

Amazon supplies catalogue results and their order. These are edition-search records, not our recommendations. Check Kindle format, language, translator, price and availability on the product page. Our directory also retains twelve genre guides, eight reading-language guides and ten country guides.
